Once Upon A little closet...

After dusting off my old acoustics textbook, spending countless hours of doom-scrolling through seemingly infinite articles, and building at least half a dozen models in 3D land, I finally set out to apply my newly acquired knowledge and experience.

  My victim?

A storage closet in the corner of the utility room in my basement, which would let me capitalize on using 2 pre-existing concrete walls. And, both my recording booth and office were born.

I built a partition wall between the office and booth and as you can see in the pictures, also acts as a workbench (when I'm not recording of course), in the name of efficiency!!! I added a couple of custom made, sound proof doors to create a small ante-chamber to further buffer from any rogue noises. Then lined the whole thing with FONESO high density, acoustic panels.

The results? Well, they speak for themselves
